Businiess name:  Baxter, Janette A - Janette A Baxter Pc

Review content:
My experience with Janette A. Baxter revolves around the circumstances surrounding her representation of my ex spouse in a matrimonial action before the Westchester NY Supreme Court in 2006-2007. I found her all too willing to ignore the laws of the State of New York and the Constitution of the United States. Also, I found her control of funds held by her in escrow to be questionable at least when approximately $16,000 dollars found its way into an account in which attorney Baxter had sole control of. She is a named defendant in an action now pending consideration for certiorari before the Supreme Court of the United States. In a related matter, Ms. Baxter saw fit not to appear before the Civil Court in White Plains to answer a Summons and Complaint, and when the Court issued a default in my favor Ms. Baxter had to be served by the local authorities with an Order of Execution before she finally responded to the ruling of the Court.
