They will tell you anything- promise you anything to make a sale. Then they just deny the conversation took place.
Not honest people. I placed an order that was very-time sensitive. I asked very clearly if they could place the order that day. When they said yes, I agreed to pay extra for a guaranteed Thursday delivery. When it didn't arrive, they informed that I placed the order too late, and it wasn't processed until the next day, and it was never guaranteed.
Apparently it was my fault for not calling back and checking constantly to see if they intended to be good to their word. Maybe if they put some effort into making it right instead of blaming me I wouldn't be here warning you about them.
I saved a few bucks by shopping there, and it cost me hundreds in damages when they lied to me. Never again.

Cons: dishonest, no effort to fix problems
