I just arrived at Laguardia after two weeks on the road. When I called Dial 7 to let them know that I had arrived and had my luggage I was leary when they told me the car number but did not tell me what kind of car to expect. When a tan colored 2000 mini-van pulled up I was in horror when the driver called to me. I said, there must be a mistake. When I called to complain I was told that's what you get when you request one of their basic cars. They are liars. Stay away!
