I would not recommend using this car service company. I had the absolute worst experience ever. The driver barely spoke English. Even though the cost of the ride, tolls and tip were all pre-paid in advance, the driver demanded cash! Even after the dispatcher confirmed that everything was pre-paid and told him not to take any money from me, he continued to scream in broken English that I needed to give him cash. He even had the nerve to grab my wrist and physically not let me out of the car while he called the dispatcher for a second time and was told the exact same thing! I ended up calling Dial 7 on my cell phone and putting him on with them. I finally told him I was going to call the police and I just got out of the car and he attempted to run after me but I think it finally sunk in that I didn't need to pay. He offered no apology at all. The manager was very apologetic and offered to do something to compensate me for this awful experience, but he has yet to follow through and it's been a month. In any event, I will never use this car service again.
