Review content:
I travel 7-8 months out of the year and so i use a lot of car services. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They will screw you over one out of three times you try to use them. I've been screwed when I ordered way ahead or right away. The customer service staff is completely unhelpful. They consistently try to pick you up at the wrong terminals if you're flying into NYC and will not notify you if you've arranged a pick up in NYC for a specific time and they can't make it. Avoid them. Plenty of good, more reasonable and consistent car service in NYC. Oh yeah, if you live in Uptown they won't pick you up anyway anymore.
