I HAD THE DISTINCT PLEASURE IN BEING SEEN BY DR. ALICE, I HAD WONDERED WHY SHE WAS SO EASY TO GET IN TO SEE. SHE WAS NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE , BUT DECEIVING. SHE TOLD ME JUST TRY THE H D LENSES AND IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THEM I WILL CHANGE THEM OUT. THAT WAS LAST AUGUST AND EVERY TIME I COMPLAIN ABOUT THE LENSES, I HAVE TO COME IN, AND ONE TIME I WAS EVEN TOLD THAT THEY DID NOT ORDER THE H D LENSES THAT DR. ALICE HAD FIRST STATED THEY ORDERED, THEY ORDERED A DIFFERENT KIND.
THEY ACT LIKE YOU ARE STUPID, H D LENSES HAVE DIFFERENT PRISMS THAN REGULAR GLASSES.
I WAS UNDECIDED ABOUT GOING TO THEM AGAIN, KNOW I KNOW I NEVER WILL GO BACK......VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
