Review content:
Growing up, this was a very close and convenient place to get decent pizza. However, I returned for the first time in years and oh my, how things have changed! All of the employees were so incredibly rude. With plenty of open tables, we were made to wait. Then once we were seated, we looked over the menu and tried to order. We told the waitress that we --my mother and I-- would like to share a large pizza. We can't eat that much in one sitting, but we wanted to take it home for leftovers. The waitress told us that it is AGAINST THEIR POLICY to let diners share pizzas; they must order personal pizzas only. Excuse me, but it is against restaurant policy to let customers order food?!? Are you nuts?? In this economy, you're going to turn away customers?? She was obviously just some lowly employee and not the manager who would make such an absurd rule, and she tried to rationalize it by saying that large groups of teenagers would come in and order just one pizza and it was ""wrong."" Please. This situation was a mother and her daughter sharing a large pizza; we were not scamming your business. She then told us that if we wanted to take the pizza to go we could order our large pizza. Again, are you nuts?!? You'd rather me pay the minimum, no tip, and leave, instead of me sitting down, ordering drinks and some sides, as well as leaving a tip? Plus, this was a really rainy day and I had driven twenty minutes to come here, and now I'm supposed to let the pizza get cold as I drive home just so I can have the size of pizza that I wanted? The situation just got worse and worse as the other employees were beyond rude to us; one young hostess even starting yelling, ""Goodbye now! Thank you for coming!"" in such a snotty tone and attitude that all of the other diners were staring. Their attempt at getting people to order more food and more profit just cost them. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
