BEWARE - avoid this place like the plague. Bronzeworks (now called At the Beach Tanning) will steal your money. This location has an ""unsatisfactory record"" with the Better Biz Bureau, as does their corporate headquarters (located in Oklahoma City), as well as their billing company (""Affiliated Acceptance Corporation,"" located in Sunrise Beach, MO). I signed up for a month-to-month contract and canceled the membership after several months by filling out their required form. However, they billed me afterward and tried to charge hundreds of dollars in late fees when I disputed the charges with my bank. I filed a new complaint with the Better Biz Bureau but the company didn't even bother to respond.
Pros: Nice Equipment; Clean Facility
Cons: Unconscionable business practices; no concept of customer service
