Review content:
For the General Tzao's Chicken and many chicken dishes, they first fry it in oil, then they take the chicken out and refrigerate the pieces. When they actually MAKE the dish, all they do is take out the chicken, re-fry them (deepfry), and pour the sauce, and pour the sauce on top. <--- deep fried TWO TIMES for fried chicken.
It is WAY too expensive. KFC gives you about twice as much chicken for your money as Seoul Garden. Enough said.
They have roach problems. The owner of this restaurant, Scott, has been trying to get rid of the roaches, with no success. For those of you who believe this is clean, when the roof was leaking (because of the snow melting), some of the water literally dripped into the big pot where they hold their Egg Drop Soup. It was served to customers regardless, tho.
They treat their staff terribly. That's why they have not been able to keep their staff around.
