At first, I was skeptical about this restaurant because it's in a tiny strip mall on Sunset Blvd. Plus it was quite empty on Friday night. Once I sat down, looked around the decoration, tasted the food...I said to myself, this is an alright restaurant, especially if you like to eat lamb. From the decoration, it's pretty traditional european/russian style, but it's a very warm and family feeling. I tried one of the lamb dishes, it's decent. The waiter is friendly. Overall, I recommend it if you're interested in Russian food, although Uzbekistan has blended its dishes more for American tastes.
