Boston Muay Thai Academy offers authentic Muay Thai with great training and coaching. I have trained at a lot of the bigger local gyms in Boston but nothing compares to the experience I have had at Boston Muay Thai. In addition to offering Muay Thai, they also offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BMTA is associated with American Top/Best Way Jiu Jitsu), Boxing with legendary coach Poppa Ray (former sparring partner of Sonny Liston and coach for the Klitchko brothers). Recently they have offered an MMA program which focuses on all aspects of MMA including conditioning, striking, ground work, and allows the schools members to work with many of the pro fighters one on one. The cost is rather reasonable and many of the gyms members come from all walks of life. I highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in contact sports.
