Don't trust Russ too do work in your home. He charges outrageous prices,he is not a man of he word and keeps on tacking charges on that where not in the contract.He belittles his workers and Russ is never there doing the job.He hires undocument workers too save an exrta seven dollars.At first he comes across as this smart business man but you will learn he is not ,and will run when a problem comes-up.He has a high turn overrate that tells you something about him.
