I had a problem with water freezing at bottom of freezer,and water coming out from bottom of Viking refrigerator. The technician took a quick look and told me a new compresser was needed. They charged $800 for labor and another $125 for service and a month later, the water started leaking out of the refrigerator again. Now they want to charge me more money (parts and labor) because they noticed the drain was clogged. Why didn't they catch that in the first place? There was a recall on the door of the same fridge and they couldn't even do that right.
I complained to the manager and he was defending his workers. I told him I would not use his company again and hung up the phone. He called me back and told me not to call back in the future. Why the heck would I call them if I'm so dissatisfied with their work and service?
