THIS COMPANY IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER!! I HAD MY CAR TOWED B/C OF A FLAT TIRE. THE GUY THEY SENT LOOKED LIKE A THUG AND WAS DRIVING THE TOW TRUCK SO FAST ON THE HIGHWAY I HAD TO DO 8O mph TO KEEP UP! MY CAR WAS BOUNCING LIKE CRAZY! WHEN WE GOT TO THE DESTINATION, HE DROPPED MY CAR TEARING THE BUMPER OFF!! I WAS EXTREMELY NICE TO THE OWNER AND THEN HE TRIED TO DENY THAT HE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE! HE ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED RETURNING MY CAR THE SAME DAY, BUT HAS HAD IT FOR 16 HOURS!! HE REFUSES TO TAKE MY CALLS AND WHEN I CALLED FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER, HE ANSWERED ON THE FIRST RING! ONCE I IDENTIFIED MYSELF, HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!
