My car wouldn't get out of gear so I needed to have it towed to the dealership. It took them a while to get there but Perfect Timing was deployed to pick me up. It seemed nice enough at first, KB was nice. When he pulled up though, it was a different story; he pulled up with a date in his truck and they had a conversation like I wasn't even there!!! It was fine unil they got into a heated debate which made it sooooo uncomfortable for me. He got my car to the dealership ok but I thought it very unprofessional to have another person with you while you are working. I definitely won't recommend this company to any of my peers as it seems they are still in the beginning stages of the business and obviously don't know what it is to be professional!
Cons: SLOW and UNPROFESSIONAL
