I really love the coffee at this place, but every time I go in I ask for the same thing and get something different and the customer service can be awful. Friday morning there is always this guy that is so rude I don't even want to go in there anymore. He ignores me when I get to the register, give me attitude when I tell him what I want and when I say thanks he never says thanks back, have a good day or any sort of salutation. Others have been friendly, but avoid this guy if you want to start the day off right.
