Review content:
The guys doing the labor were nice, but were rushed, took things I asked them not to take, and didn't take things they were supposed to. The owner, George, gave us an estimate for the job, and even though we got rid of several items he included in the estimate, he still charged us more, saying that they had to use more boxes to pack our stuff than expected. All of this probably would have been ok and somewhat understandable, but any time we tried to ask questions, for example, about the insurance policy, or why the price was higher than expected, George was extremely rude and accusatory, and called me 'cheap' for asking these questions. These guys in mangement definitely need some lessons in customer service, and George in particular needs to learn how to talk to / treat people in general. I would strongly discourage anyone from using these guys.
Pros: got the job done
Cons: very nice and friendly while giving a quote, management is totally unavailable during the move, though.
