Review content:
I rented a bouncer for a party. Shortly after the delivery I called and left a msg that there was not enough air in the bouncer as my son was having a difficult time jumping and when he hit the bottom of the slide he was on the ground as the landing didn't have enough air to hold him. Their workers came out and assured me that everything was fine. The night of the party was a constant battle with the bouncer. The castle roof above the jumper kept caving in. Over and over if more than one child got on the top of the slide, the roof would cave in. I personally went inside numerous times to lift the roof as were other guests at the party. A comment was made at pickup that they just got new blowers because the old ones weren't blowing enough. The new ones weren?t blowing enough either or the holes that I showed the workers were letting too much air out. I sent an e-mail the day after the party and never received a response. They didn?t seem to care about the problems I had.
