Review content:
On 9/22/11, I pulled Citizens Appliance number from the Yellow Pages. The phone staff seemed very helpful and tentive to my problem. Citizens Appliance led me to believe they were contracted by Sears Authorized Home Service Center. I advised them I placed a mop head in the washer and it seamed to have broken the ""final spin cycle"" because water is remaining in the washer. The mop is clean but soaking wet. They sent Tom, the owner (unknown to me at the time) out to my home. After showing Tom the mop head I used and expaining how the issue started Tom suggested a part called ""a ""Safety Door Lock"" would start the washers final spin cycle. He billed me $90 to diagnose washer, $90 for Labor, & $127 for the Safety Door Lock. We paid him by check.
