Review content:
Mom took her Chris Madden comforter to the satellite cleaner in Oak Ridge to get it dry-cleaned. (btw, it's part of a $500 set.) The cleaner ruined it--after they cleaned it, the polyster fill was knotted into wads. Instead of being upfront about it, they handed it to her in a bag and said nothing. When she brought it back and complained they said they'd ""send it to the main office."" When she picked it up again, it was still ruined--of course. She called the owner from the shop and was told to ""take it back to JCPenney."" Huh? The moral of the story is: this place is incompetent, rude, greedy, and clearly doesn't care about its customers. They didn't even offer to give her the $38 cleaning fee back! They got one star because zero stars is not an option!
