Businiess name:  Taqueria Mexico

Review content:
Ever since moving here from Southern Arizona, where I lived for more than 20 years, I've been looking for a Mexican restaurant that approaches authentic. Taqueria Mexico is far and away the most authentic Mexican restaurant I've found in KC after 4 years of searching. They make good, simple Mexican food. It could be considerably spicier but they have to market to a MidWest clientele so it's understandable to tone it down a bit. The quality is consistent, the prices are very reasonable, the service is almost always excellent and the atmosphere (especially the location on Rainbow) is very comfortable. For those of you in the know... try the ceviche tostada. It beats any other ceviche in town (if you can find it anywhere else that is). Pros: Service, Prices, Value, Authenticity, Ceviche, Salsa & Chips Cons: None Really other than Spicier, Bolder Taste would be great!
