Review content:
I came in to Princess Bridal back in July for my first dress shopping trip. I came with my mother, grandmother, and sister. When I arrived I specifically said I was getting married in Jamaica and needed a light, airy dress. The sales lady started grabbing all these heavy dresses with really heavy material. I kept saying ""No"" but she kept bringing them in and putting them in front of the dresses I'd picked. When I started trying on BM dresses (since they are lighter) instead she actually had the nerve to say ""Um, but don't you want to feel special on your wedding day?"". Also, when we arrived we were the only ones there and were given a large dressing room. As soon as I started trying on the BM dresses we were being asked every five minutes if I was done yet and that they needed the room. At one point they told my 81 year old grandmother she could no longer sit in a chair in the showroom because some girl's Mom (who was handicapped) needed to sit there. They did give us a chair in the dressing room, but made my Grandmother feel like she was in the way. I understand the mom deserves a seat as well, but kicking my Grandmother out of the show room was very inappropriate in my opinion. They were extremely rude and the dresses were over-priced. I found my dress that day but bought it for $90 less at another store.
Pros: Had a good selection of gowns
Cons: Rude and overpriced
