Review content:
I was calling to get quotes from different companies to move my upright piano from my current home to my new home. This was the fourth company I called and most places were easy to talk to. The person who took my phone call at Rogers acted as if I was bothering her by calling them to possibly pay them for their services. I had attitude from the beginning and if that wasn't enough telling her my piano was an upright at about shoulder height wasn't enough. She went through about eight different types of uprights and treated me like I was stupid for not knowing the difference. Out of all the companies I called, no one else needed to know the exact style, just the aprox size since all they were doing was giving a quote on moving it. She offered no help and the phone call was frustrating. I'm a pretty easy going person and I couldn't deal with her anymore. If you can get past the initial phone call, maybe their services are great-who knows. I know I won't deal with a company that acts as if I'm bothering them.
