Review content:
I never used their service and will never use it. I was on my way home at around 7pm, there was an accident on the road and the traffic was horrible, stop and go. I'm just sitting there in traffic when all of a sudden ""Bam"" I got rear-ended by a Lakeside towing TOW TRUCK!! The driver looks like he was under the influence of something. I asked some nice ladies to be my witnesses and they told me the driver looks like he was drunk. Since the police was there I just told them we got into and accident. They came over and asked the driver what happened and he said he was busy paying attention to the accident already happened on the street. Great reliable driver right? Shouldn't you be paying attention to the car in front of you? Obviously nonreliable employee translates to nonreliable company. So the guy told me to call his boss to take care of things. I called, and this guy was in the middle of a job on the freeway when he picked up my call, so he yelled at me to call him back, not so I can hear him better but to express anger how dare I call and try to talk to him in the middle of the job!! If you're in the middle of an important job, why do you pick up your cell phone??? Again, nonreliable!! I'm very upset that they did not apologize for the inconvenience they caused me so I decided that I'd rather deal with the insurance company. So when the guy called back, I told him I would rather deal with the insurance company. He tried to explain himself but I've had it with them and would not change my mind. So he said ""This is America, do whatever you want, I'm going to hang up on you now."" What kind of business is that? They obviously cannot deal with people. They're in the business of helping people but they don't seem to hold that principle to heart. So people, AVOID THIS COMPANY by any price. They might get you into ANOTHER ACCIDENT while getting your car towed!!! It's a waste of time and money.
Pros: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
Cons: The people
