8 years ago, my baby sustained bumper damage from being rear-ended. I called my local BMW dealer and was advised to go to Spectrum Collision Center. The insurance claim was handled smoothly and efficiently. My car was returned to me in a timely manner and in pristine condition. I was so impressed with the service provided by Luis Pineda, I filed away his business card in case I needed repair work again in the future. Many miles on the odometer later, my baby has become a project car and in desperate need of a makeover. Of course, there was no question who I was allowing to work on my car. This time I was greeted by Dan Gonzales at Spectrum Auto Spa. And once again, the committment to customer service was obvious from the start. Beginning with an accurate estimate of repair costs, courteous and prompt follow up, and ending in quality workmanship. My car was returned to me in such beautiful condition, I could hardly believe it! I am obliged to write this review because loving BMW owners in So Cal need to know that this is THE place to take your vehicle for collision repair and restoration. I especially recommend those of you who are bringing your older model BMW back to life to give Spectrum a call. You will not be disappointed.
