I'm the pastor here. We've purchased a different property, and we expect to relocate in the near future. If you are looking for a property with seating for right at 200, ours will do that. Besides the church building, we have a house next door, and a garage sized shed. The church building has a Timberline roof, Pella windows, oak trim in the auditorium, a newly remodeled basement with a new kitchen, etc., etc., etc. No renovations required. We are not giving this property away, but we have priced it right. Are you planning to relocate too? Give us a shout!
