Ive lived in North County my entire life and I had never been to Mattingly's until about a month ago. Mattingly's is a really good place to go for greasy ""american"" food!! Great pizza, AWESOME spinach artichoke dip, BEST hot wings in all of North County! Best part, prices are reasonable! They could stand to do some remodeling, or clean the place up a bit, but overall is a pretty decent place to eat. They're open for lunch and dinner, and have a good bar atmosphere. There are huge plasma tvs everywhere, so you can always go to watch the game. I have to agree with the other posters, the service is kinda poor.... and it takes awhile to get your food, but its always hot and fresh when you DO get it. Try Mattingly's, you'll like it.
