On Saturday May 22nd, 2010 at about 2:30pm I encountered a very hostile and aggressive man who began to argue and accuse me of cutting in the drive-thru line. This was a very strange claim given that I was in the car BEHIND him, not in front. In an attempt to ""teach me a lesson"" (his words), he refused to place his order and sat in his car berating and insulting me. Both my teenaged daughter and I felt too unsafe to step out of our vehicle so we waited for someone from the restaurant to come out and investigate (we couldn?t just drive off as another customer had come up and was now behind us). Unfortunately, this took several very uncomfortable minutes.
Pros: None.
Cons: Bad, inept service. Rude store manager
