This place is a smoker's delight... if you are a non-smoker and concerned about second hand smoke, I'd recommend keep on looking. The management here believes smokers have more rights than non-smokers looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle. If you don't mind dogs barking at all odd hours of the night (you can hear them through the thin walls), if you don't mind people spitting on the walk ways and hearing them cough and talk as if they were in your living room, and you need to turn up the volume on the TV to hear something other than clearing of a throat of a stranger... if you don't mind random screaming from neighbors (the police showing up, banging of doors) .... well then maybe this is a good place to call home sweet home. I really thought I had found a beautiful community... it looks so nice with all the trees and gives the APPEARANCE of relaxation. I love the Washer/ Dryer & especially the AC... but these amenities aren't worth the poor living standards provided here. If you are a smoker, or dog owner, this is probably a great place for you. I never have been able to use the nice balcony, because when the neighbors cough and smoke, it's not very pleasant. The other thing to consider is the proximity to the freeways. Funny how the 'luxury' apartments are so close to the congested freeways... the AIR QUALITY in this area is lousy and if you are at all concerned about the air you breathe, this is NOT the community to choose.
Pros: washer/ dryer & AC
Cons: too many smokers, barking dogs, thin walls, lousy management, not friendly to non-smokers
