Their management is a joke. They schedule games at 10:30 and 11:30pm and when your team cannot make it (because people do work and some have to be at work at 6am) they charge your team a forfeit fee which increases every time.
Last night there was a team on the big field with 4 players (playing 2 men down) and both teams wanted to have a kick about and have a practice of sorts and count the game as a loss for the team playing 2 men short. Management would not let them and it came down to if you want to do that, one team has to pay the forfeit fee. What happened to the customer is always right and sportsmanship??? The team with enough players for 2 teams wanted to divide up their team and play a scrimmage but management wouldn't let them.
This place is going downhill....if you want a better experience with professional staff follow my lead and head over to Silver Creek Sportsplex. I have had it with Off The Wall's ridiculous rules and fees. I have been playing here on and off for 7 years and last night was the last straw for me. Their staff are clueless and do not act in the best interest of the players. We pay 700-800 bucks a season and the least you could do is let us dictate the game a little especially when the opposition want to have a kick about.
It is clear no one in their organization attended business management class in college. The better business bureau would have a field day with these jokers who ""run"" that place.
