Review content:
This is the last place I would recommend!. We moved in at the end of April on the condition that work that needed to be done would be taken care of within a week. We are still waiting for the floor to be completed and other repairs that need taken care of have either been ignored or, still left undone. Don't be late with the rent though! that will cost you 90.00 (we haven't been late) but, we are paying a premium rent amount for a ""remodeled"" apt., that is not even complete and we even had to clean it ourselves when we moved in. This is NOT a good place to rent.

Cons: No service,bad parking lots,loud,poor insulation,non-existant mgmt., poor security
