Please check your contract, do not let them tell you they can raise there rates 6,8, or 10 times a year if they feel like it. The problem with this company is not the route delivery person it is the management. You must stand your ground, do not let them bully you, if your contract states they cannot raise there rates for one year and they do it every 5 months, you need to refuse to pay until they put your rates back to the contract. I did and it took me 1 year to get all the rate issues resolved. I would not recomend this comany to anyone, the magagement does not care, the only one that does care are the route personnel.
