Review content:
I contacted this company to use their services and when greeted by the receptionist I was given the run around. Since I hadn't used their services before, I did not have a contact name to ask to be transfered to. She declined to transfer me to a representative based on the fact I did not have a name. It was awful. She made me feel guilty as if I should know their employees. I contacted the next company on City Search and my experience has been quite the opposite. I don't think I need to say anything more.
