These apartments are lame. Mine looks like it was bumped right out of the 70's (and it's not even the cute 70's) and they are so cheap that they won't replace or fix anything until they absolutely have to. The maintenance people recently replaced the stairs in front of the building and were nice enough to start at about 7 am. I was livid about that. There were out there banging and with their little electric saw making all kinds of noise. I couldn't believe that. They were out there for 2 days in a row doing that and guess what they were doing with all of the pieces of the old stairs? Piling them on my back patio. Can you believe that? I live on the ground floor and the ground floor patio's are not enclosed, they are totally open so I guess they saw that as their own little dump. My lease is up next summer and you can guarantee I will NOT be signing another lease.
Pros: cheap rent
Cons: Everything else. The apartments are not well insulated so you get some weird little things crawling around, and my place is clean!
