Review content:
Simple gear install gone wrong. After spending over a week in the shop on two occasions, I was overcharged (by double) and given a car that lasted less than 2,000 miles before failing. Subsequent shops and rebuild concluded ""out of spec"" despite repeat visits and assurance by Ross that everything WAS in spec. What could have been a $500 job at another shop cost me $1000 and another $750 to fix what they screwed up!!!
