Cerini Coffee has provided me parts for my Saeco Aroma Espresso Machine at a reasonable price and always with prompt shipping. This was my 3rd purchase and second group gasket from them. It is the gasket that sits between the boiler and the portafilter. I have had the machine for 4-years but have gone through 3-gaskets since February 2011. Nick the technician spent a few invaluable minutes with me. He is an expert! He pointed out (3) things I was doing wrong with my machine. Thank you!!! PS - Yes the steam switch was on?he he.
