Our twins were in strollers!! The store was overcrowded, dark, and had narrow isles. It was a maze. There was no way to get around without going down an isle with aquariums. An employee chased me down to tell me that children in strollers weren't allowed by the aquariums. As I was trying to get out of the place the rude employee followed me lecturing about how insurance would not allow children in strollers in that area (Would it be okay if they were running wild??). She was just Rude. The employee at the front counter when asked if there was a bathroom my son could use replied ""BATHROOM??? We don't have one"". My family was in this store for less than 2 minutes. So much for a nice day out with the kids.
