Review content:
I first arrived to Carson City at the age of seven and took home my first pet -but not before Jan first educated me in the responsabilities and reality of maintaining a pets life. Weather it had Feathers, Fins, or Fur it was a life and was not a toy. As I grew older I would as much as possable, after school, after chores, I would go to the shop to see the new arrivals. Jan sensed that I was sincere, excited, devoted to learning and caring for animals. Jan asked that I go home and tell my parents that she would like to speak to them.To speak with my parents? I was in fear I had become a nuicance at the shop. I didn't tell my parents right away and I even stayed away from shop until I had to buy more food for my hamsters or else. So I had my mom go to shop with my allowance and buy my hamster food. She returned and told me to go meet with Jan ""NOW"" With my heart beating fast and not knowing why, I walked slowly to the shop and met with Jan.She spoke firm and direct and informed me I would be working at the shop only after home chores and school work were done. My compensation would be so much money weekly with on hands training and learning of every product, animal, and the needs of customers and their animals. I learned more than any mother w/child in a stroller could ever possably learn or already should have known. Jan has raised, educated, contribted much to Carson & its Kids. I personally have started several businesses with what Jan has taught me.She has given to this community a great deal and still continues to. She even protects those who's parents bring them in strollers. Shame on you Minya. Our society is a file suit happy nation. Her trained staff was avoiding such an event. You were thoughtless of safety and liability to your children and to a community asset and a small business owner. Go to corporate Wal-mart for wide isles and your law suits. YOU WERE RUDE!
Pros: Educational, Community Involvement & Support
Cons: An occasional Stroller Blocking Mother & Kids
