I have had more than one bad experience with this bakery! The first I ordered a guitar and a amp cake for my sons birthday. We had to pick the cake up 3 days before the party and it wasnt at all what we ordered. I didn't know anyone else who did specialty cakes where we live, so I sent my aunt there to get a harley davidson birthday cake. My aunt order it to be black and orange with out a call to let her know Renne was changing it she goes to pick up the cake and its completely wrond it was white and brown. It looked horriable. We never said anything about it because of course we didn't know anyone else that made specialty cakes. I tried to order a small simple bible cake for my dads birthday 2 weeks in advance and Renne told me no. So we tired one last time 3 1/2 weeks ago I tried to order my daughter a minnie mouse cake for her 1st birthday Renne emailed me and told me to resend her the cake picture and I have not heard back from her since. I have know idea if she will even make the cake. HORRIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! I Found a bakery in smithfield called The Cakery.. Go there they are the best!!!
