Review content:
I am only giving it one star because they wouldn't let me give it 0 stars. I bought a used Ford Taurus through this dealership in the beginning of August because the price looked good, and the car looked good and I needed a car for college. Charles would not haggle any on the price. My dad paid in full for the vehicle, we signed the contract, and they agreed to provide a new spare tire as the one in the trunk was well worn. After signing and paying we found out that the car only had one key and no owners manual. Several days after we got the car we had to drive back, 40 minutes out of our way, because they had given us the wrong copy of the paperwork. I went to the dealership over labor day weekend to get my license plate from them. When I was there I enquired about getting a second chipped key for the car as I am only able to get one from a Ford dealership. I was informed it would be 80 dollars minimum for something that should have been included with the cost of the car. Charles the agent that had worked with us told my father and I that he would pay personally to get us an owners manual for the car. It has been more than a month since I have heard anything and I filed a report witht the better business bureau explaining all this so that others won't make the same mistake I did in working with them.
Pros: the vehicle itself was in great condition
Cons: the dealership was very unprofessional
