Review content:
I have purchased from the Port Charlotte, FL, store several times and also have received wonderful orders from there myself. However, I am very disappointed with my last experience and am not getting results after contacting the store three days in a row. The manager has never been in and has not returned my calls. My son bought me a Mother's Day gift and they were un-edible! The strawberries had obviously been frozen and were mushy. The apples were brown and mushy. Since the manager refuses to return my calls, I can only assume she has no plans to rectify the situation. It's a shame to lose a business account and our family's personal accounts (which are numerous). We've spent many hundreds of dollars there - but because of poor customer service - we will not be contacting them again. When will companies learn? Customer Service is EVERYTHING.
