Review content:
In this economy it is hard to find people not out to just make money. Banks Van Pelt first showed us houses in the area when we first moved to Kingsbay. He showed us all the areas which had houses in our price range and in our interests. We tried to sell our house quickly when we got word we would be transferring to Washington state. Needless to say in three months we were unable to get any buyers in this market. Banks then gave us another option to foreclosure. He is now our property manager. He and his staff take care of everything. They go out of their way to help us and our tenant. They also give great advice. Also he is obviously ex military so he knows about housing allowance and VA loans. Do not go with anyone else!
