As a small time real estate investor, Banks Van Pelt has always taken the time to discuss potential leads, and to even personally show me the properties, as well as accompany me to the Courthouse to look at property records.
Because of this, although I live over 2000 miles away, I trust him to look over my property, maintain my property, and to keep the renter happy. I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Van Pelt and I will continue to use him for all of my real estate needs in Southern Georgia and Northern Florida.
