Maybe it's me, but I went for the 2nd time, got a waxing service done and the whole experience was just a little unsettling. First, my appointment was scheduled in advance and when I arrived 20 minutes early, I didn't get serviced until 35 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment! Plus, it wasn't busy at all on a weekend! No apologies for their lack of time management. They were late the first time, only 10 minutes, but the 2nd time, 35 minutes (yes, I kept track of time)! Come on!
Then, when the young girl did my wax, she had her cell phone in the room and was talking on the phone a few times while she was waxing me. At one point, she took a call and stepped out of the room, mind you she didn't close the door all the way, nor did she apologize. I was concerned about privacy because the room faced the little waiting area. Plus, I was half naked (no underwear).
When she was done, I noticed that she didn't remove all the hairs even though she waxed twice over the same areas. I never had a problem but the 2nd time really just threw me off.
If you read the cons, mainly time management and privacy, this may make you want to steer clear from this place. Mind you, it is co-ed, which I don't mind at all, however, if you have to step out of the room, close the door all the way, for privacy reasons.
