Review content:
I was sexually assaulted by a staff member of the Gaylord Hotel National Harbor who gained entry to my room while I was sleeping. It has been a nightmare getting information from the Gaylord who started by saying they would keep me up to date on the investigation and then after many weeks of trying to gather information I got an email from their attorney basically telling me they would not give me any info. OMG, I was sexually assaulted by a Gaylord employee and the Gaylord goes into protect the Gaylord mode. This was a horrific event and they have done nothing but give me misinformation and now they have informed me that I will need to hire an attorney to communicate. You would think a responsible establishment would help a person who was sexually assaulted by one of their staff. My review is beware!!!! Here is the type of note I get from the Gaylord when requesting information about my attack. If anyone out there has had a similar experience please help.
