They are the managing agents for our 32 unit condo and have worked very hard for the condo owners with certain issues with the developer. They really know their business-our cpa and attorney should be so easy to work with and as results oriented. Quality group of people. We?ve been around the block with other property managers ? but Brownstone has proven themselves ? they care to do things right.
