I don't usually take the time to tell others about my dining experiences, but I enjoyed my stay at the South Shore Grille so much that I felt compelled to pass along the good word. The special that night was the Grouper and Shrimp Havana and it was out of this world. The fish was perfectly cooked and is possibly the best grouper I have ever experienced. The competent service and relaxed atmosphere only heightened the pleasant impression the place left on me. The owner was also kind enough to stop by our table to make sure we were satisfied. In short, we were. If you live in the Clear Lake area, you are going to have a hard time finding a restaurant that is all at once relaxed, inviting, and possessed of such a great diversity of seafood and turf menu items...all with a Cuban/South of the Border flair.
