I called Area 51 to fix my computer after I attempted to fix it myself which then it was really screwed up. I wish I called Area 51 first because Gateway computers tech support had talked me into doing a destructive recovery on my hard drive. I lost everything saved on my computer and was left with the same problem. My computer would freeze while working and I thought I had a virus. Area 51 came to my home when promised and diagnosed the problem quickly. The tech ordered a new part and offered advice to a better replacement part. Area 51 prices are a great deal when compared to other repair companies I checked. They receive my recommendation and to all my friends and coworkers.
