Iv'e read the reviews on this site before and b/c of how happy the clients seemed, I figured I'd give it a try...I called the salon and spoke to Lynn, I explained I needed a cut and some serious highlights, so she suggested I bring a picture in so she knew exactly what I was expecting...and if I didnt know we'd discuss it when I came in...Lynn made me feel very comfortable and took time to make sure she understood what I was looking for....When I left I was more then happy with my new cut and color b/c it was exactly what I wanted...I was also surprised at the end of the appointment b/c Lynn showed me how to keep up the style she had given me, and I've never recieved that treatment before...I am now a regular customer of Lynn's and really enjoy my appointments at NY2LA...they also give mani's and pedi's for those interested!
