BEWARE: I GOT A ONE YEAR LEASE THERE AT THE RIDGE OF LAKE HAMILTON, I WAS PRESSURED BY THE LANDLORD TO RE-SIGN FOR THE SECOND YEAR WAY BEFORE MY LEASE WAS UP, THE LANDLORD NEVER INFORMED ME I COULD GO MONTH TO MONTH OR I WOULD HAVE KNOWING THAT I WAS GOING TO BUY A HOUSE THAT YEAR. WHEN I TOLD HER I DID BUY MY HOUSE 3 MONTHS BEFORE MY LEASE WAS UP SHE INFORMED ME THAT IF I COULD GET OUT AT A CERTAIN DAY (WHICH I DID) SHE COULD RENT THE APARTMENT OUT IMMEDIATELY AND I WOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY OUT MY LEASE.. WHICH I WAS WILLING TO DO WITH NO PROBLEMS.....SHE DID KEEP MY DEPOSIT... 4 MONTHS LATER I AM IN COLLECTIONS. THE LANDLORD HAD MY WORK NUMBERS AND MY CELL NUMBER AND NEVER CALLED ME TELLING ME I OWED. SHE PUT ME STRAIGHT INTO COLLECTIONS. SHE PROVED SHE KNEW MY PHONE NUMBERS BY GIVING THEM TO A COLLECTIONS AGENCY..... NOT ONCE USING THEM HERSELF TO TELL ME I OWED ANYTHING TO HER.........DO NOT GET VICTIMIZED.........YOU CAN ALSO BE VICTIMIZED BY THE MAINTINENCE STAFF WHO KNOCKS LIGHTLY AND IMMEDIATELY WALKS INTO YOUR APARTMENT WITHOUT YOU HEARING THE KNOCK OR GIVING YOU TIME TO RESPOND, A TOTAL INVASION OF PRIVACY. .. LIVED IN SEVERAL APARTMENTS AND THIS IS THE MOST POORLY RAN.......... AT ANY DAY YOU CAN SMELL TRASH AS THEY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH DUMPSTERS... THE TRASH OVERFLOWS AND GETS STRUNG THREW THE PARKING LOT BY STRAY DOGS.
